Ingredients
approx. 1.05 LAdjust amount
- 200 ml vodka
- 250 g frozen mixed berries (puréed)
- 100 g sugar
- 80 ml lime juice
- 500 ml water
Preparation
- 1Finely purée the frozen mixed berries and strain if you like.
- 2Stir the berry purée together with the vodka, sugar, lime juice and water until the sugar has dissolved.
- 3Pour the mixture into the machine and start the cocktail mode.
- 4Pour into glasses and serve.
Tip
Purée the berries finely and strain them for a clean, smooth result.
Variation
Swap some of the water for cranberry juice for a more tart edge.
