Ingredients
approx. 1.4 LAdjust amount
- 400 ml cold milk
- 150 ml cream
- 4 espressos (approx. 120 ml), cooled
- 120 g white chocolate, melted and cooled
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
Preparation
- 1Stir the melted and cooled white chocolate with the sugar and vanilla sugar until smooth.
- 2Gradually stir in the cooled espressos and the cold milk until the chocolate has fully dissolved.
- 3Add the cream and blend everything into a creamy mixture.
- 4Pour the mixture into the machine and start the milkshake mode.
- 5Pour into tall highball glasses, top with whipped cream and white chocolate shavings, and serve quickly within 30 minutes.
Tip
Let the white chocolate cool down properly before it meets the cold milk, otherwise it will clump.
