Ingredients

1000 ml
- 700 g ripe watermelon flesh, deseeded
- 200 ml sugary lemon soda
- 40 g sugar
- 2 tbsp lime juice, freshly squeezed
- 6-8 fresh mint leaves
Preparation
- 1Finely purée the watermelon flesh with the mint leaves and lime juice and press through a sieve.
- 2Stir in the lemon soda and sugar.
- 3Pour the mixture into the machine and start the juice mode.
- 4Pour into glasses and garnish with a mint leaf.

Tip
Finely purée the watermelon with the mint and lime juice and press it through a sieve so the slush turns out really smooth. The 40 g of sugar make sure you get a creamy slush consistency.
Variation
Use a splash of citrus sports drink instead of the soda and it becomes a light electrolyte refresher.
