Ingredients

- 300 ml cold coffee
- 350 ml whole milk
- 150 ml cream
- 3 scoops vanilla ice cream (approx. 180 g)
- 60 g sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
Preparation
- 1Stir the cold coffee with the whole milk and cream.
- 2Stir in the vanilla ice cream, sugar and vanilla sugar until everything is creamy.
- 3Pour the mixture into the machine and start the milkshake mode.
- 4Quickly pour into glasses and serve.

Tip
The generous vanilla ice cream and cream make this iced coffee wonderfully smooth and help it freeze up creamy. Chill the coffee well and don't brew it too strong so it doesn't turn bitter.
Variation
Add an extra scoop of vanilla ice cream straight into the glass and it becomes a classic iced coffee dessert.
