PROGRAM · SLUSHMAKES · approx. 5 glasses

Ingredients

approx. 1.4 L
Adjust amount
  • 500 ml chilled, strong black tea
  • 500 ml milk (or oat milk)
  • 120 g taro powder
  • 80 g sugar
  • 60 ml condensed milk
  • 1 pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. 1Stir the taro powder into the warm milk until lump-free, then let it cool.
  2. 2Stir together the black tea, taro milk, condensed milk, sugar and salt.
  3. 3Pour the mixture into the machine and start the slush mode.
  4. 4Cook the tapioca pearls separately and add them to the glasses.
  5. 5Pour the finished slush on top and serve with a thick straw.
Tip

Cook the tapioca pearls separately and only add them to the glass when serving - they must not go through the machine. Stir the taro powder into a little warm milk first until smooth so no lumps remain.

Variation

Even creamier with a splash of coconut milk
