Ingredients
approx. 1.4 LAdjust amount
- 450 ml cold milk
- 150 ml cream
- 8 speculoos biscuits, finely crumbled
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp speculoos spice
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
Preparation
- 1Finely crumble the speculoos biscuits and set a few crumbs aside for the garnish.
- 2Stir together the cold milk, cream, the remaining biscuit crumbs, sugar, speculoos spice and vanilla sugar until the sugar has dissolved.
- 3Pour the mixture into the machine and start the milkshake mode.
- 4Let it froth up nice and creamy and quickly pour into tall highball glasses.
- 5Top with whipped cream and the reserved speculoos crumbs, and serve within 30 minutes.
Tip
Sprinkle a few speculoos crumbs on top only at the very end so they stay crunchy.

With 2 tbsp speculoos spread (cookie butter) for extra spice
