Ingredients

850 ml
- 400 ml Prosecco
- 250 ml Sarti Rosa
- 150 ml water
- 40 g sugar
- 20 ml lime juice
Preparation
- 1Stir together Sarti Rosa, water, sugar and lime juice until the sugar has dissolved.
- 2Pour the mixture into the machine and start the cocktail mode.
- 3Slowly stir in the Prosecco at the end so the fizz stays intact.
- 4Pour into chilled glasses and serve right away.

Tip
Chill the Sarti Rosa well beforehand and stir in the Prosecco only at the very end – that way the fine bubbles stay intact.
