Ingredients

400 ml Prosecco
250 ml Sarti Rosa
150 ml water
40 g sugar
20 ml lime juice

Preparation

1Stir together Sarti Rosa, water, sugar and lime juice until the sugar has dissolved.
2Pour the mixture into the machine and start the cocktail mode.
3Slowly stir in the Prosecco at the end so the fizz stays intact.
4Pour into chilled glasses and serve right away.

Tip

Chill the Sarti Rosa well beforehand and stir in the Prosecco only at the very end – that way the fine bubbles stay intact.

Variation

A few frozen berries in the glass make the pink Spritz even fruitier.
