400 ml pineapple juice
200 ml coconut cream
120 ml white rum
250 ml water
2 tbsp sugar

Preparation

1Puree the pineapple juice with coconut cream, white rum, water and sugar until creamy.
2Pour the mixture into the machine.
3Start the cocktail mode.
4Pour into glasses and garnish with a pineapple chunk and a cocktail cherry.

Creamy and tropical. Garnish with a pineapple chunk and a cocktail cherry.

Variation

Blend in pureed banana for a creamy Banana Colada.
