Ingredients

- 400 ml cold milk
- 150 ml cream
- 4 espressos (approx. 120 ml), cooled
- 4 tbsp chocolate syrup
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
Preparation
- 1Brew the four espressos fresh and let them cool down completely.
- 2Whisk the cooled espresso with the cold milk, cream, chocolate syrup, sugar and a pinch of salt until smooth and the sugar has dissolved.
- 3Pour the mixture into the machine and start the milkshake mode.
- 4Pour into tall, chilled highball glasses, top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings, and serve quickly within 30 minutes.
Tip
Drizzle the chocolate syrup up the inside of the glass before serving — it makes a lovely marbled effect.
