Ingredients
approx. 1.0 LAdjust amount
- 300 ml Lillet Blanc
- 600 ml Schweppes Russian Wild Berry
- 100 g frozen berry mix (pureed)
- 30 ml lime juice
Preparation
- 1Puree the frozen berry mix until fine.
- 2Stir the Lillet Blanc with Schweppes Russian Wild Berry, the berry puree and lime juice.
- 3Pour the mixture into the machine.
- 4Start the cocktail mode.
- 5Pour into glasses and garnish with fresh berries.
Tip
The summer hit as a slush. Garnish with fresh berries.
Variation
Use a non-alcoholic Lillet alternative and more berry juice for a mocktail.
