Set a timer
We'll tell you when your slush is ready — and learn from how it turned out.

Once the timer is running, we ask once whether we may call you.
Tip
Press the raspberry purée through a sieve so no seeds are left behind. Apple juice and soda bring enough sugar for the slush to firm up nicely.
Variation
Purée strawberries instead of raspberries for a milder, sweeter berry slush.
Glass
colourful plastic glass or cup
Garnish
a few whole raspberries on a skewer
