Ingredients

approx. 1.4 L

Adjust amount

650 ml dry white wine (well chilled)
150 ml elderflower syrup
350 ml soda water
1 tbsp lemon juice
a few mint leaves

Preparation

1Stir the chilled dry white wine with the elderflower syrup and lemon juice.
2Lightly press the mint leaves so they release their aroma and let them steep briefly.
3Pour the mixture into the machine and start the cocktail mode.
4Gently stir in the sparkling soda water at the very end so it doesn't lose too much fizz.
5Pour the spritzer into chilled wine glasses and garnish with fresh mint.

Tip

Only add the soda water just before pouring it in, so the sparkling freshness stays intact. A light white wine like Pinot Grigio works perfectly.

Add a slice of lime for extra freshness.
