Ingredients
approx. 1.0 LAdjust amount
- 420 ml bourbon
- 150 ml fresh lemon juice
- 130 ml sugar syrup
- 300 ml water
Preparation
- 1Stir together the bourbon, fresh lemon juice, sugar syrup and water.
- 2Give it a quick taste and balance the sweetness and acidity.
- 3Pour the mix into the machine.
- 4Start the cocktail mode (strong).
- 5Pour into chilled glasses and serve.
Tip
Sweet and sour are perfectly balanced here. Give it a quick taste before serving and add another squeeze of lemon or a little syrup if needed.
Variation
Swap some of the sugar syrup for a splash of maple syrup and the sour gets a warm, caramelly note.
