Ingredients
approx. 1.0 LAdjust amount
- 300 ml gin
- 120 ml cherry liqueur (cherry brandy)
- 60 ml Triple Sec
- 250 ml pineapple juice
- 80 ml grenadine
- 40 ml lime juice
- 150 ml water
Preparation
- 1Stir together the gin, cherry liqueur, Triple Sec, pineapple juice, lime juice and water.
- 2At the end, add the grenadine and stir it in briefly.
- 3Pour the mix into the machine.
- 4Start the cocktail mode (strong).
- 5Pour into glasses and serve.
Tip
The cherry liqueur brings colour and fruity depth. Give the pineapple juice a good stir so the natural fruit pulp spreads evenly and freezes nice and smooth.
Variation
A bit more pineapple juice and less grenadine makes it lighter and fresher with a tropical vibe.
