Ingredients

  • 150 ml vodka
  • 250 g passion fruit purée
  • 100 ml vanilla syrup
  • 500 ml orange juice
  • 100 ml lemon soda

Preparation

  1. 1Hold back a little passion fruit purée for garnish.
  2. 2Blend the vodka, remaining passion fruit purée, vanilla syrup, orange juice and lemon soda.
  3. 3Pour the mix into the machine.
  4. 4Start the cocktail mode.
  5. 5Pour into glasses, garnish with the reserved purée and serve.
Tip

Hold back a little passion fruit purée for garnish. The juice and syrup keep the alcohol under 16% ABV.
