Ingredients

Adjust amount

150 ml dark rum
400 ml pineapple juice
120 ml coconut cream
150 ml orange juice
1 tbsp sugar syrup
freshly grated nutmeg
400 ml water

Preparation

1Stir the dark rum with the pineapple juice, orange juice, coconut cream and sugar syrup until smooth.
2Stir in a little freshly grated nutmeg and pour the mixture into the machine together with the crushed ice.
3Start the cocktail mode and let it turn into a creamy, ice-cold mixture.
4Fill into chilled hurricane glasses, dust with a little nutmeg and garnish with a piece of pineapple.

Tip

Grate fresh nutmeg over the slush at the end - that's what gives it its signature aroma.

Variation

Add a little more coconut cream for a creamier, fuller texture.
