280 ml gin
180 ml Campari
180 ml red vermouth (Vermouth Rosso)
200 ml orange juice
60 ml sugar syrup
100 ml water

Preparation

1Stir together the gin, Campari and red vermouth with the orange juice, sugar syrup and water.
2Pour the mix into the machine and start the cocktail mode.
3Pour into glasses and garnish with a wide strip of orange zest.

Tip

The Negroni is all about that bold bitter edge. If you like it a bit mellower, add an extra splash of orange juice and garnish with a wide strip of orange zest.

Variation

Swap the gin for a spicy bourbon and you've got yourself a Frozen Boulevardier.
