Ingredients

300 ml vodka
150 ml fresh lime juice
400 ml ginger beer
50 g sugar
600 ml water

Preparation

1Dissolve the sugar in the water, stirring until it has completely dissolved.
2Stir the vodka and fresh lime juice into the sugar solution, then add the ice cubes and pour everything into the machine.
3Start the cocktail mode.
4Gently stir in the sparkling ginger beer at the end and let the fizz settle slightly.
5Fill into chilled tumblers and garnish with a lime slice.

Tip

Only add the ginger beer at the very end so its zingy kick stays intact.

Variation

Add freshly grated ginger for extra heat.
