Ingredients

200 ml white rum
350 ml pineapple juice
120 ml coconut cream
300 g strawberries (fresh or frozen)
60 ml fresh lime juice
80 ml sugar syrup
300 ml cold water

Preparation

1Blend the strawberries until smooth and pass through a sieve if needed.
2Stir the strawberry purée with the pineapple juice, coconut cream, white rum, lime juice, sugar syrup and cold water until smooth.
3Pour the mixture into the machine and start the cocktail mode.
4Fill into hurricane glasses and garnish with a strawberry on the rim.

Tip

Ripe or frozen strawberries give the most beautiful colour. Shake the coconut cream well beforehand.

Variation

For the classic two-tone look, prepare the colada part (without strawberries) and the strawberry part separately and layer them in the glass.
