Ingredients
approx. 1.4 LAdjust amount
- 450 ml dark rum
- 200 ml Campari
- 350 ml pineapple juice
- 120 ml lime juice
- 2 tbsp sugar
Preparation
- 1Stir together the dark rum, Campari, pineapple juice and lime juice with the sugar until the sugar has dissolved.
- 2Pour the mixture into the machine and start the cocktail mode.
- 3Let it blend to a frozen consistency.
- 4Pour into hurricane glasses, garnish with a piece of pineapple and serve right away.
Tip
The bitterness of the Campari and the sweetness of the pineapple strike a great balance. Garnish with a piece of pineapple.
Variation
Add a splash of passion fruit juice for extra tropical flavor.
