Ingredients

Adjust amount

280 ml dark rum
180 ml white rum
250 ml passion fruit juice
180 ml orange juice
40 ml lime juice
70 ml grenadine

Preparation

1Stir together the dark and white rum with the passion fruit juice, orange juice and lime juice.
2At the end, stir in the grenadine just briefly so the red-orange colour stays put.
3Pour the mix into the machine.
4Start the cocktail mode (strong).
5Pour into glasses and serve with a straw.

Tip

Add the grenadine last and stir it in just briefly — that way the gorgeous red-orange colour stays put. The two rums give it that signature depth.

Variation

Use some mango juice instead of passion fruit juice for a softer, fruitier taste.
