Ingredients

1000 ml
- 280 ml dark rum
- 180 ml white rum
- 250 ml passion fruit juice
- 180 ml orange juice
- 40 ml lime juice
- 70 ml grenadine
Preparation
- 1Stir together the dark and white rum with the passion fruit juice, orange juice and lime juice.
- 2At the end, stir in the grenadine just briefly so the red-orange colour stays put.
- 3Pour the mix into the machine.
- 4Start the cocktail mode (strong).
- 5Pour into glasses and serve with a straw.

Tip
Add the grenadine last and stir it in just briefly — that way the gorgeous red-orange colour stays put. The two rums give it that signature depth.
Variation
