Set a timer
We'll tell you when your slush is ready — and learn from how it turned out.

minutes
Once the timer is running, we ask once whether we may call you.
Tip
Make sure the espresso is fully cooled first, otherwise freezing takes longer. Freshly brewed, strong coffee gives the best flavour and that lovely crema colour.
Variation
Swap some of the sugar syrup for a small splash of vanilla syrup and it turns rounder and more dessert-like.
Glass
martini glass or coupette
Garnish
three coffee beans on top
