Ingredients
approx. 1.4 LAdjust amount
- 300 ml dark rum
- 120 ml fresh lime juice
- 450 ml ginger beer
- 50 g sugar
- 600 ml water
Preparation
- 1Dissolve the sugar in the water, stirring until the liquid is clear.
- 2Add the dark rum and fresh lime juice and stir well.
- 3Add the ice cubes, pour the mixture into the machine and start the cocktail mode.
- 4Only gently stir in the ginger beer at the very end so it doesn't lose too much fizz.
- 5Fill into tall glasses and garnish with a lime slice.
Tip
Drizzle a shot of dark rum over the slush at the end for the signature cloud effect.
Variation
Add a piece of candied ginger on the rim.
