Ingredients
approx. 1.4 LAdjust amount
- 150 ml dark rum
- 500 ml cola
- 60 ml fresh lime juice
- 1 tbsp sugar syrup
- 400 ml water
Preparation
- 1Let the cola sit open or stir it briefly so some of the fizz escapes.
- 2Stir together the dark rum, fresh lime juice and sugar syrup, then gently stir in the cola.
- 3Pour the mixture with the crushed ice into the machine and start the cocktail mode.
- 4Let it mix to a frozen consistency and pour into tall glasses.
- 5Garnish with a lime wedge and serve right away.
Tip
Let the cola sit open for a while beforehand, so less fizz interferes with the machine.
Variation
Use white rum and a splash of lemon for a fresher note.
