Ingredients

900 ml
- 300 ml strong espresso or coffee, cooled
- 350 ml whole milk
- 150 ml cream
- 2 scoops vanilla ice cream (approx. 120 g)
- 70 g sugar
- 1 pinch of cocoa powder
Preparation
- 1Stir the cooled espresso with the whole milk and cream.
- 2Stir in the vanilla ice cream and sugar until everything is smooth.
- 3Pour the cold mixture into the machine and start the milkshake mode.
- 4Quickly pour into glasses and dust with cocoa powder.

Tip
Milk, cream and ice cream mellow the bitter coffee and, together with the sugar, make sure it freezes up smooth. Make sure the coffee goes in completely cold.
Variation
Add a hint of cinnamon to the mix for a spiced frozen cappuccino.
