Ingredients
approx. 1.4 LAdjust amount
- 350 ml bourbon
- 200 ml Campari
- 200 ml red vermouth
- 200 ml water
- 1 tbsp sugar
Preparation
- 1Stir together the bourbon, Campari and red vermouth with the water and sugar until the sugar has dissolved.
- 2Chill the mixture well and pour it into the machine.
- 3Start the cocktail mode and blend into a fine, bold, ice-cold slush.
- 4Pour into chilled coupe glasses and garnish with an orange twist.
Tip
A bold whiskey cocktail - the high alcohol content keeps the texture nice and slushy. Serve with an orange twist.
Variation
Swap the bourbon for rye whiskey for extra spice.
