Ingredients

Adjust amount

120 ml white rum
60 ml Blue Curaçao
100 ml coconut cream
450 ml pineapple juice
40 ml fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp sugar syrup
400 ml water

Preparation

1Stir the white rum with the Blue Curaçao, coconut cream, pineapple juice, fresh lemon juice and sugar syrup until the coconut cream is fully combined.
2Add the crushed ice and pour the mixture into the machine.
3Start the cocktail mode until a creamy frozen consistency forms.
4Fill into hurricane glasses.
5Garnish with a piece of fresh pineapple on the rim and serve.

Tip

Stir in the Blue Curaçao well so the slush glows an even turquoise blue.

Variation

Add a cherry on the rim for the classic tiki look.
