Ingredients

1400 ml
- 120 ml white rum
- 60 ml Blue Curaçao
- 100 ml coconut cream
- 450 ml pineapple juice
- 40 ml fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp sugar syrup
- 400 ml water
Preparation
- 1Stir the white rum with the Blue Curaçao, coconut cream, pineapple juice, fresh lemon juice and sugar syrup until the coconut cream is fully combined.
- 2Add the crushed ice and pour the mixture into the machine.
- 3Start the cocktail mode until a creamy frozen consistency forms.
- 4Fill into hurricane glasses.
- 5Garnish with a piece of fresh pineapple on the rim and serve.
