Ingredients

400 g ripe peaches (or peach purée)
500 ml Prosecco
300 ml peach juice
100 ml lemon soda
80 ml sugar syrup

Preparation

1Finely blend the peaches until you have a smooth purée.
2Stir the purée together with the Prosecco, peach juice, lemon soda and sugar syrup.
3Pour the mix into the machine.
4Start the cocktail mode.
5Pour into chilled glasses and serve.

Tip

Blend the peaches finely so the slush turns a delicate peachy colour and gets creamy. Alcohol stays under 16% ABV.
