Ingredients

1400 ml
- 400 g ripe peaches (or peach purée)
- 500 ml Prosecco
- 300 ml peach juice
- 100 ml lemon soda
- 80 ml sugar syrup
Preparation
- 1Finely blend the peaches until you have a smooth purée.
- 2Stir the purée together with the Prosecco, peach juice, lemon soda and sugar syrup.
- 3Pour the mix into the machine.
- 4Start the cocktail mode.
- 5Pour into chilled glasses and serve.

Tip
Blend the peaches finely so the slush turns a delicate peachy colour and gets creamy. Alcohol stays under 16% ABV.
