Ingredients

Adjust amount

350 ml Amaretto
200 ml fresh lemon juice
60 g sugar
800 ml water
1 egg white (optional, for foam)

Preparation

1Stir the fresh lemon juice with the sugar and water until the sugar has dissolved.
2Add the Amaretto and, if you like, the egg white for the foam, and stir well.
3Add the ice cubes, pour the mixture into the machine and start the cocktail mode.
4Fill the Frozen Amaretto Sour into tumblers and garnish with a lemon slice and a cocktail cherry.

Tip

A dash of orange bitters rounds off the almondy, tangy note perfectly.

Variation

Add a cocktail cherry as an extra garnish for the classic look.
