Ingredients

1400 ml
- 350 ml Amaretto
- 200 ml fresh lemon juice
- 60 g sugar
- 800 ml water
- 1 egg white (optional, for foam)
Preparation
- 1Stir the fresh lemon juice with the sugar and water until the sugar has dissolved.
- 2Add the Amaretto and, if you like, the egg white for the foam, and stir well.
- 3Add the ice cubes, pour the mixture into the machine and start the cocktail mode.
- 4Fill the Frozen Amaretto Sour into tumblers and garnish with a lemon slice and a cocktail cherry.
