PROGRAM · MILKSHAKEMAKES · approx. 4-5 glasses

Ingredients

approx. 0.9 L
Adjust amount
  • 350 ml egg liqueur
  • 300 ml whole milk
  • 150 ml cream
  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream (approx. 120 g)
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of ground nutmeg

Preparation

  1. 1Stir together the egg liqueur, whole milk and cream with the vanilla ice cream, vanilla sugar and nutmeg.
  2. 2Pour the creamy mixture into the machine and start the milkshake mode.
  3. 3Quickly pour into small glasses, dust with a little nutmeg and serve.
Tip

The egg liqueur and cream keep it wonderfully smooth; staying under approx. 14% ABV in the mix keeps the consistency nice and creamy. Serve in small glasses, since this one is quite rich.

Variation

Add a shot of cold espresso and it turns into a festive egg liqueur coffee.

Glass
Small dessert glass or liqueur glass
Garnish
Whipped cream topping with a dusting of nutmeg or cocoa
