PROGRAM · MILKSHAKEMAKES · approx. 3 glasses

Ingredients

approx. 1.0 L
Adjust amount
  • 450 ml whole milk
  • 350 ml vanilla ice cream
  • 150 g cream cheese (full fat)
  • 150 g raspberries (fresh or frozen, puréed)
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 3 butter biscuits (finely crushed)

Preparation

  1. 1Purée the raspberries and press them through a sieve if needed.
  2. 2Stir the whole milk, vanilla ice cream, cream cheese, sugar and raspberry purée until smooth.
  3. 3Pour the mixture into the machine and start the milkshake mode.
  4. 4Quickly pour into glasses and sprinkle with the butter biscuit crumbs.
Tip

Purée the raspberries first and press them through a sieve if needed so no seeds get in the way. Stir in the cream cheese well for that typical cheesecake note.

Variation

Use strawberries instead of raspberries for a strawberry cheesecake shake.
