PROGRAM · MILKSHAKEMAKES · approx. 4 glasses
Ingredients
approx. 0.9 LAdjust amount
- 250 ml strongly brewed chai tea, cooled
- 400 ml whole milk
- 150 ml cream
- 2 scoops vanilla ice cream (approx. 120 g)
- 70 g sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch of ground ginger
Preparation
- 1Stir the cooled, strongly brewed chai tea with the whole milk and cream.
- 2Stir in the vanilla ice cream, sugar, cinnamon and ginger.
- 3Pour the mixture into the machine and start the milkshake mode.
- 4Quickly pour into glasses and dust with a little cinnamon.
Tip
Brew the chai tea nice and strong so the spice aroma comes through despite the milk. Milk, cream, ice cream and sugar guarantee a creamy consistency that freezes well.
Variation
Add a shot of cold espresso and it becomes a dirty chai frappe.
Glass
Tall tumbler glass
Garnish
Whipped cream topping with cinnamon
