Adjust amount
  • 600 ml strong black tea (cooled)
  • 400 ml whole milk
  • 120 g brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp caramel syrup
  • Tapioca pearls, cooked separately

Preparation

  1. 1Cook the tapioca pearls separately according to the package instructions and let them soak in a little caramel syrup.
  2. 2Stir the cooled black tea with the whole milk, brown sugar and caramel syrup until the sugar has dissolved.
  3. 3Pour the mixture into the machine and start the slush mode.
  4. 4Let it freeze to a fine slush consistency and add the lukewarm tapioca pearls to the glasses when serving.
  5. 5Pour the slush on top and serve right away with a wide straw.
Tip
