PROGRAM · SLUSHMAKES · approx. 4 glasses

Ingredients

approx. 1.0 L
Adjust amount
  • 200 g blueberries (fresh or frozen, finely puréed and strained)
  • 120 ml sugar syrup
  • 80 ml fresh lime juice (approx. 3 limes)
  • 600 ml still water

Preparation

  1. 1Finely purée the blueberries and pass them through a sieve.
  2. 2Stir the blueberry purée together with the sugar syrup, lime juice and still water.
  3. 3Pour the mixture into the machine.
  4. 4Start the slush mode and let it run.
  5. 5Pour into glasses and enjoy right away.
Tip

Make sure to strain the blueberries through a sieve so no bits of skin ruin the smooth texture. Without the sugar syrup, the mixture is too watery to freeze properly.

Variation

Swap the blueberries for blackberries and you get a deep purple, slightly more tart version.
