Ingredients

approx. 0.9 L

  • 2 ripe bananas (approx. 240 g, finely puréed)
  • 400 ml milk
  • 150 g plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 60 ml sugar syrup or honey

Preparation

  1. 1Whisk the cocoa powder with a little warm milk until smooth and finely purée the bananas.
  2. 2Stir the banana purée together with the remaining milk, plain yogurt, the cocoa mixture and sugar syrup.
  3. 3Pour the mixture into the machine.
  4. 4Start the slush mode and let it run.
  5. 5Pour into glasses and serve right away.
Tip

Ripe bananas with brown spots are the sweetest and most flavourful. Whisk the cocoa powder with a little warm milk first so no lumps remain.

Variation

Add a tablespoon of peanut butter and you've got a creamy Banana Peanut Slush.
