900 ml whole milk
400 ml cream
150 ml Baileys
60 ml chocolate syrup
30 g sugar

Preparation

1Stir together the whole milk, cream, Baileys, chocolate syrup and sugar until the sugar has dissolved.
2Pour the mixture into the machine and start the milkshake mode.
3Pour into glasses and serve within 30 minutes.

Tip

The grown-up chocolate shake. Serve within 30 minutes.

Variation

Add a splash of coffee liqueur for a mudslide shake.
