Ingredients
approx. 0.9 LAdjust amount
- 450 ml whole milk
- 400 ml vanilla ice cream
- 50 ml Baileys
- 3 tbsp caramel sauce
- 1 pinch of fleur de sel
Preparation
- 1Stir together the whole milk and vanilla ice cream with the caramel sauce and fleur de sel.
- 2Briefly stir in the Baileys at the very end.
- 3Pour the mixture into the machine and start the milkshake mode.
- 4Quickly pour into glasses and garnish with a little caramel sauce.
Tip
Stir in the Baileys briefly at the very end and don't increase the amount of alcohol, otherwise the mix won't freeze up properly.
Variation
Add a spoonful of instant coffee for a Baileys caramel latte note.
