  • 1 L cloudy apple juice
  • 60 ml elderflower syrup

Preparation

  1. 1Stir the cloudy apple juice well with the elderflower syrup.
  2. 2Pour the mixture into the machine.
  3. 3Start the juice mode.
  4. 4Pour into glasses and serve chilled.
Tip

Cloudy apple juice brings more flavour than clear.

Variation

A squeeze of lemon makes the flavour fresher and zestier.
