Ingredients
approx. 0.95 LAdjust amount
- 300 ml Aperol
- 450 ml Prosecco
- 150 ml water
- 60 g sugar
- 30 ml orange juice
Preparation
- 1Stir together the Aperol, water, sugar and orange juice until the sugar has dissolved.
- 2Pour the mixture into the machine and start the cocktail mode.
- 3Slowly stir in the Prosecco at the end so it keeps its fizz.
- 4Pour into chilled glasses and serve right away.
Tip
Stir in the Prosecco slowly so it keeps its fizz.
Variation
Swap the Aperol for Lillet and you've got a Frozen Lillet Spritz.
