900 ml whole milk
400 ml cream
120 ml amaretto
150 g cherry purée
40 g sugar

Preparation

1Stir together the whole milk, cream, amaretto, cherry purée and sugar until the sugar has dissolved.
2Pour the mixture into the machine and start the milkshake mode.
3Pour into glasses and garnish with a cocktail cherry and flaked almonds.
4Serve right away.

Tip

Garnish with a cocktail cherry and flaked almonds.

Variation

Swap some of the sugar for chocolate syrup for a Black Forest shake.
