Ingredients
approx. 1.5 LAdjust amount
1500 ml
- 900 ml whole milk
- 400 ml cream
- 120 ml amaretto
- 150 g cherry purée
- 40 g sugar
Preparation
- 1Stir together the whole milk, cream, amaretto, cherry purée and sugar until the sugar has dissolved.
- 2Pour the mixture into the machine and start the milkshake mode.
- 3Pour into glasses and garnish with a cocktail cherry and flaked almonds.
- 4Serve right away.
