Ingredients
approx. 0.9 LAdjust amount
- 450 ml whole milk
- 400 ml vanilla ice cream
- 50 ml amaretto
- 5 amaretti biscuits (finely crushed)
- 1 tbsp sugar
Preparation
- 1Stir together the whole milk and vanilla ice cream with the sugar.
- 2Stir in the finely crushed amaretti and the amaretto.
- 3Pour the mixture into the machine and start the milkshake mode.
- 4Quickly pour into glasses and garnish with amaretti crumbs.
Tip
Crush the amaretti finely so no chunky bits are left. The amaretto brings almond flavour plus extra sugar, which helps the consistency.
Variation
Add a little chocolate sauce for an amaretto chocolate cookie shake.
